This is a great example of a Martin bari from the late '60s/early '70s. The silver plate is in nice condition overall, though a little tarnished in some places where the lacquer has come off. It appears there is a think coat of clear lacquer still remaining over most of the plating. The physical condition is very nice overall. There was a repair to the top crook, but the work was done very well. The pads are in great shape and sealing top to bottom. Plays with a great, big, dark, punchy sound. It's very flexible - smooth when you want it to be and capable of some "bark" when you need that as well. Includes the original Martin case.
